By accessing and using Black Stain Tattoo Studio's website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services Overview

Black Stain Tattoo Studio offers the following services:

  • Custom tattoo design and application
  • Tattoo removal using modern techniques
  • Body piercing services
  • Tattoo artistry training and courses

All services are provided at our studio location under the direction of experienced professionals. Services are available to clients aged 18 and above (or with parental consent for minors as per local regulations).

3. Booking Policy

Making Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our studio. All bookings require a confirmed date and time slot. We recommend booking in advance as slots may fill quickly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged in full.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

  • Payment is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash, card payments, and digital wallets
  • A deposit may be required for certain services or bookings
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if cancellation occurs within 48 hours
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Tattoo Consent and Safety

By booking a tattoo appointment, you acknowledge:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You are in good health and free from communicable diseases
  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or allergies
  • You understand the permanent nature of tattoos
  • You have reviewed and approved the tattoo design
  • You understand the healing process and aftercare requirements

We follow strict sterilization and hygiene protocols. Our equipment is sterilized using medical-grade autoclave machines, and we use only sterile, single-use needles for each client. Clients with certain medical conditions (pregnancy, blood-borne diseases, etc.) may not be eligible for tattooing.

6. Aftercare Instructions

We provide comprehensive aftercare instructions for all tattoos. Clients are responsible for following these instructions carefully. Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing and tattoo appearance. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in complications, and the studio is not responsible for complications arising from improper aftercare.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Stain Tattoo Studio is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to ink or other materials
  • Complications arising from pre-existing medical conditions
  • Infections resulting from improper aftercare
  • Dissatisfaction with the final appearance of a tattoo
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Clients receive a patch test 24 hours before tattooing to check for allergic reactions. If an allergic reaction is detected, the tattoo appointment will be postponed.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. While we use our best efforts to provide high-quality work, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the results of tattooing or other services.

9. User Conduct

When using our services and website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in harassing or abusive behavior toward staff
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to damage or disrupt our services or website
  • Provide false information during booking or consultations
  • Violate intellectual property rights

Violation of these conduct rules may result in termination of service and potential legal action.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
